What happens if I don’t Skip the Month? (Forgot to skip)

If you don’t “Skip the Month” by the 5th, your payment method will be charged £44.95 for a promotional VIP Credit.

If you forgot to skip, here are your options now:

– Keep your membership active and use your VIP Credit on a future purchase while your membership remains active.
– If your account has unused and unexpired VIP Credits and you would like to request a refund, please contact our customer service via Chat.
– If you want to stop future membership charges, you can cancel your VIP membership online at any time. Please note that canceling your membership does not automatically refund any previously processed membership charges.

Where is the VIP Credit?

If you don’t skip, the charge becomes a VIP Credit in your account:

• Shop Anytime: Use it to unlock exclusive savings on a future purchase while your membership remains active.
• No Auto-Shipping: We will never automatically ship products to you.

Important to know:

– If you skip during the 1st–5th window, your VIP membership stays active for the month without that month’s membership charge. This means you can still shop at VIP prices and redeem any eligible unused VIP Credits already on your account while your membership remains active.
– Canceling your membership later will stop future membership charges, but it does not automatically refund any previously processed membership charges.

To avoid being charged, you must be logged in between the 1st and 5th of the month:

• On the Website (Desktop & Mobile Browser): Go directly to your Account Profile.
• In the App: Go to ME > My Profile.
